Complete redesign of the end-to-end job application process used by the world’s largest restaurant chain.
The existing job application process took around 16 minutes to complete, consisted of filling in a long application form and taking a separate assessment on a non mobile-friendly interface.
As a result, 60% of job applicants dropped off before completing it. Hiring managers had to use a third party website to view submitted applications without the means of managing them.
By designing a fast, easy and engaging application flow with a device-agnostic interface where users register only once and fast apply afterwards to several restaurants either in the same session or over multiple sessions.
I helped increase the volume of applications, minimized drop-off rate and brought together under one roof all of the tools involved in the process, thus saving time for hiring managers.
